Super goed geholpen door Casper. En wat een mooie kinderwagens echt overal is aan gedacht en super betaalbaar. Ik zou het iedereen overwegen. Mijn vriend en ik zijn allebei lang en daar is de sleeworld goed voor gemaakt. Echt super blij!

I am 8 months pregnant and i bought a stroller yesterday, when I went home i had a breakdown not wanting the stroller anymore, i just can’t seem to slightly like it, I had a hell of night, my sister came and called them, they told her they can do something if the box is unopened, the box is not opened, but still they refused with other excuses, like I tried it outside and so on, I really didn’t want to try it outside, i felt guided to the sleeworld buggy, not having a choice. Actually you don’t have a choice, because everyone who buy from there id that brand, they dont let you choose what you wanted and end up with something that you really dislike, very cunning. They make it look like its only one day sale, i feel scammed. I regret it, its just a day after, but can’t return, Like you’re buying it in the black market. I am in deep depression about it and their only solution is put it in the marketplace. PD: i got threatened too for the review

Terrible customerservice and a bad product (Slee Mobile, pram). If I could give zero stars I would. I spoke with the salesman on the phone and was treated very rude. He actually hung up on me after telling me to 'go fly a kite'. After writing a negative review on google, the salesman actually started sending intimidating texts on my mobile phone, threatening to sue me for writing a bad review, and 'casually' dropped into the conversation the fact that he knew my home address. I will never ever buy something here again (note: this review goes for the location in Beverwijk, The Netherlands. I have no experience with the other locations).
