I love shopping at Didriks. The staff is always knowledgeable, helpful and lovely to deal with. They have some very high end products, but I’ve never felt that they push you to spend more money or lose interest if you are looking for something else. They also keep records of what you buy, so if you are like me, and can’t remember exactly which glass or plate you bought last they can tell you. And they also gift wrap beautifully.

Stunning inventory. I stop in while waiting for my husbands doctor’s appts at NWH and always find five or six treats for us!! Very very helpful staff. Well located. Easy parking lot. Careful wrapping of each fragile purchase. My favorite housewares......

All staff extremely helpful and friendly. Store very attractive, with products thoughtfully and conveniently arranged. Purchased dish towels in wonderful colors and patterns and am continuing to enjoy them (they also wash well!). Our first visit - but not our last!

I had a wonderful experience buying an outdoor dining table at Didrik’s. Everyone was very helpful and the table is beautiful!

Their website was good and easy to use. I also thought they were responsive (I asked a question about where my order was a few days after I submitted it and got a prompt response). My order was shipped out to me in a timely fashion. The reason I'm giving them 3 stars instead of five is because of the following: the item I ordered was a piece of Simon Pearce glassware. While I received the item in good condition, it had a small, but rather obvious, imperfection. The price I paid was for a first-quality item, not second. Not the end of the world, but I suspect that if I had ordered the same item directly from Simon Pearce they would have made sure I didn't receive one with an imperfection.
