Good products
I take the CBD tincture (500 mg) once a day every day, and it seems to have a good long term effect. I also use the topical Lavender salve as needed or as inclined; it has an almost immediate effect in soothing aching joints (e.g., knees, ankles, lower back) after strenuous exercise. PureSpectrum, as a 'small business', is easy to deal with and reliable.

In addition to this product having an excellent impact on my body the customer service Pure Spectrum supplies is just as impactful. I workout 4 days a week and at 42 deal with a lot of muscle soreness and body aches. When I am consistent on using the CBD oil that soreness and body pain is greatly reduced, allowing me to continue to push my body to new levels and enjoy my time outside of the gym!!
