Terrible do not use this company . I booked a flight and they charged my cc 3.5 days latter i still did not recieve my ticket. I called and asked to speak to a manager and was hung up on 3 times . Then i was transfered and put on hold for 30 minutes ,then hung up on .Finily had to book another flight through the airlines direct which was cheaper by the way . Still waiting to get my money back . Would be negative stars but do not have that option ..

Update 6/8/19 I originally had an issue with my ticket but after I spoke to Ricky and he has Quickly resolved the issue! I really appreciate his help. Great service!

After having left a previous bad review, Victor, one of their operators got in touch with me and helped me get things settled. It took time but my flight tickets did actually come through.

The positive reviews are most likely paid workers because this company TAKES your money but doesn't actually BOOK your flight and they will continue to lie and say that they did!!! This company is a scam!! They take your money and don’t issue a booked ticket. Got to the airport waiting for my flight only to find out I was never booked on this flight. They took my money, and are not refunding me. NEVER BOOK THROUGH THIS COMPANY!!!! They are just terrible.
