Scam! If I could give zero stars I would. My mother accidentally called them and thought she was talking to United Airlines. She gave them her reservation number and they told her she had never confirmed her ticket and now owed another $95 per ticket and tickets were going up even more so she needed to hurry. Thankfully at that point she looped me in, and I got her off the phone with them. We called the real United # and lo and behold, her reservation was just fine. Later I called and asked what airline it was because they don’t identify themselves and the “representative” (aka scam artist) said “United,” which they are not. Stay very far away.
