I wasn't able to access the site to check in at all, I had to go to the airport and see agent's. Almost missed flight from Chicago. In Canada it was the same way, had a hard time getting through the kiosk at the airport.

My flight was cancelled with Frontier. I went to this Myflightsearch and found a flight departing from Columbus to Orlando on 7/24. However, as I booked and used my credit card, the departure city changed to Dayton. When I called to try to cancel, I got a run around to try and book another flight. The agent even saw the Columbus departure also. He promised a refund after being on the phone for 30 or more minutes. No refund and I cannot find anyone to talk to. It's unprofessional. I never got a confirmation or ticket either.

Steve is amazing! He is a true professional who helped us in every step of the way. We had an issue with our payment which changed dates and times. He basically held our hands and was a tower of strength while we freaking out. Our trip was a last minute business trip and with so much to do, and in all the stress that comes with putting together a quick trip, Steve was our eyes and led us through the confusing process of organizing and purchasing our tickets. The person taking the reservation was very helpful, extremely efficient and very courteous. Today (07/31/2018) I received a very professional call from MyFlightSerach, and after discussing the situation, they are refunding their charge of $155.00 due to a very stressful airline situation. SEE STORY BELOW Made a cell phone reservation while standing in line for two hours at LGA after my flight was cancelled by AA. American was only able to give me a flight from LGA to Portland, Maine, via Philadelphia two days after the original flight was cancelled. I thought I was calling Jet Blue directly but due to the confusion at the airport I had actually was connected to MyFlightSearch. Since I thought I was connected to Jet Blue they were asking me questions that Jet Blue should have the information. The person taking the reservation was very helpful and he told me a price of about $720.95. I told him that was very high, but since I was requesting a one-way flight, a day before the flight, I though that was the Jet Blue price. When I checked my credit card charges, I noticed a charge from Jet Blue ($565.95) and a charge from MyFlightSearch ($155.00).

The old bait and switch!!!!Don’t use this company they’ll book your flight on the wrong day and when you try to correct their error they’ll charge you twice if not three times more and still book on the wrong day again ! I’ve never encountered such a horrible experience in my life in business

Someone somewhere screwed up. Called agent a month after reservation was made to get confirmation number (couldn't find it in my email) had to give name and dates of departure and return to retrieve number, everything was fine at that point. Checked out reservation on airline website a few days ago and the dates were wrong. How the heck did that happen? Called the MY FLIGHT number, agent refused to let me speak to a supervisor and told me in so many words that I was out of luck; $500 down the drain. Agent was rude and unprofessional. I read some other bad reviews before writing this one and saw the word "Scam or Scammers" a few times, I have to agree that something was fishy.

Great prices, very easy to book a flight, no idea what airline it's on.

Would have liked more information on baggage, and special accommodations for disabled.
