I had to replace the Chinesium DC motor controller on my Tool-co VM-32 milling machine and wanted a better quality unit than the board that came with the mill. The replacement board from Tool-co was more expensive and replaced the nasty one that failed on me with the same copy of the KBIC, so I looked for an original, I found Axis Controls with a search engine ordered the board and in a couple of days I was up and running again, mill sound better although that might be my imagination.

I have dealt with Axis Controls for many years now (they were originally known as Senspeed) and I have always had fast friendly service from Karen and the team and wouldn't use anybody else. I have always found their prices to be competitive for a good quality product which we have supplied to our customers without a problem. My first dealing with Axis Controls and very dissappointing - Admittedly it was only a small order for a single resistor ordered through the webpage with only delivery options being collection or APC overnight. Needing the part quickly to get a machine running again and complete an order before Xmas paid for the overnight service. Having received nothing after a couple of days phoned to query to be told as only a small item would have been put in a jiffy bag in the post despite having paid for the courier service - With Christmas postal service I am still awaiting for it to turn up. Expressed dissappointment and that it was needed to get a machine up and running on phone so they committed to send another by courier (What I paid for in the first instance!) and knowing the urgency hoped an early delivery would be arranged due to their error. Not the case, standard APC overnight arranged so the part arrived with me at 2.15pm and with the workshop shutting at 3pm today for the Xmas break had to let down one of my customers by not completing their item .

The service was good and I received the goods in time. I thought the 30% return fee was steep despite being in the original packaging and returned at our cost!

Having ordered many times from Karen at Axis nothing is too much trouble and if there is an issue they call and keep you in the picture which in the business I am involved in makes all the difference well done to the team at Axis Controls
