Excellent experience. Really knowledgeable staff, that provide you with expert knowledge about tackling hyperpigmentation on black and dark skin. There is no comparable treatment. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Awful. Don’t even bother to waste your time. This clinic is money hungry - that is all. They try to force you to pay a hefty amount before starting the treatment and pressure you in to it. The clinic itself is dated. I signed up to receive a course of treatments and I had one done. When I had the treatment done there was no effort made to deep clean the affected area or deal with the root cause - just scrub the area with their “Derma white” treatment and send me on my way. I had an appointment scheduled and I had to cancel last minute because I had contracted COVID-19 and the last thing on my mind was to give notice for an appointment. In normal circumstances I would have been on top of my diary. When I sent a message to the clinic after they failed to answer the phone - I was met with a patronising phone call which was incredibly inconsiderate of their staff. She was rude, condescending and very out of touch. She spoke to me like she was scalding a child. Considering the state of the world, the clinic were trying to threaten me with cancelling all my appointments in future and late fees - in the most horrible patronising tone - instead of being considerate about that fact I have covid and have been extremely unwell. It seems as though they wanted me to prioritise them and their clinic over my health. Horrible service, and sub par results from the first treatment. I won’t ever be going back there and save yourselves the money!!! Plenty of other reputable clinics to go to who value their customers .

From very young age I have suffered from Psoriasis on my lower back which has really had a knock on effect on my self confidence. The derma white treatment has really and truly made a huge difference to my skin. This was not a quick fix and did not happen overnight. My post inflammatory hyperpigmentation took time to treat. I am extremely glad I kept at it and followed the recommendation from the clinic. Now something has finally started working on my skin, Thank you so much.

I am on my 13th session for my cafe au lait birth mark, on my chest. I want to say THANK YOU to the team as they have really been patient with my many questions & uncertainty. The birth mark is fading, however I definitely need more sessions. The sessions have been slightly painful but I am very happy with the results so far :)

I have recently finished a course of 6 treatments of the derma white treatment on my body & honestly I cannot recommend it highly enough! The Zaheda skincare products which unfortunately I had to purchase myself are so worth it as I’m sure they have helped me greatly. I have just turned 34 and have dark brown complexion and my pigmentation looks practically cleared and looking better than ever. Such a shame the reviews below suggest otherwise; it is all about having patience and determination. And you will get there.

unfortunately we had a really bad experience here at this clinic. my mother's skin was damaged really bad from their so called derma whitening treatment. pigmentation gotten dark and sensitive. false advertisement and inexperience staff working here. avoid at all costs, there's way better clinics out there. check out their google reviews they seem fake and worded the same. there's definitely CAMERAS in the rooms and my mother was shocked and felt so uncomfortable and they didnt even tell us beforehand. breach of privacy. please avoid this place.

I started having face laser treatments here for my acne 2 years ago. I've been taking pictures of my face to keep track of my progress for all this time. If I could share the before and after images, you would see WHAT A DIFFERENCE it has made for me. Seeing yourself everyday in the mirror looks like there isn't any changes happening, BUT my 2 year picture throwback is insane! If you have acne, I would recommend you giving them a call and check with them if this could be a solution for you. Laser has been the only thing with a positive massive change for me! I'm extremely happy and feel a lot more confident in myself. (Please note I have had 12 laser treatments in total and because of lockdown it took longer to complete so you will definitely see results in less time) By the way, I'm a female, 21 year old and in the white British ethnic group. so unprofessional and disorganised. Their consultations are a bunch of lies, I was recommended the derma treatment (which has not worked so far).. I made the payment for it and then they told me I had nothing left to pay and booked me in for my first appointment to then tell me I still had £40 to pay before my second appointment. I came in for my treatment and it felt very rushed, they do not care for their customers at all! The company seems to have hired immature little girls that play all day long, they do not call back when they say they will (been trying to book my second appointment since july! it's now mid September!) the staff are extremely rude. they keep saying they'll call back but they never do! Worst decision was going for this company I have a feeling I have been conned, I've seen other people leave reviews on google saying that the derma treatment doesn't work and I agree with them as I see no difference at all! please go to a real dermatologist doctor or somewhere you'll be valued and taken care of properly! I recently went to the clinic for a pre booked consultation for laser treatment. I was asked to wash my hands before filling out a form and there was no handsoap, and sit in a narrow hallway where it was impossible to social distance. Then the consultant came in, who was completely untrained and said these are the prices, she said I would need 6 treatments for melasma, I said the internet said 3 treaments, why 6 she said because it took her 9 treatments to get laser hair removal and everyone knows it takes that long for laser to work. She didn't know what the laser they would use, or why, the pro's cons or risks. She asked me to pay £100 for a test patch that was supposed to be free according to their website. The website claims they have 25 years of experience but I saw nobody that was either knowledgeable or any certifications in the office. The person who did my phone consultation was no longer employed by them. The girl left midway because another client was complaining loudly about bad service. Beware of this clinic they were extremely unprofessional.
