instructions and diagrams are incomplete. didn't even show where the battery recharge port is. also didn't know before my purchase i would need to purchase an additional device before i could hear music from my cd player. still not sure how to make it all work together.

I broke the charging case to my hearing aids and they were out of stock, so they over night shipped as soon as it came in. Great experience.

Received the wrong size and side of what I ordered. The speaker they sent me also seemed used? It had yellow stuff that looked like ear wax and it had a hair wrapped around it. I sent it back, now I am waiting on their reply on their refund. Edited: changed review to 4 stars, received refund no problem Edit #2: not only I got money back, but I also received a replacement! Thank you so much, great customer service.
