Really poor customer service, hardly any communication, and after 12 months, they decided not to pursue my claim, which had a strong chance of success, according to Citizen's Advice Bureau. I regret enormously choosing this firm and would not recommend them to anyone.

Driscoll Kingston were excellent throughout my friends dispute with there Housing Association. Really friendly & great communication. after many years with there HA. They have to carry out all repairs and paid a sum of money in an out of court settlement. all thanks to Driscoll Kingston I would recomend this company to all those having housing disrepair issues.
