I ordered a case of VK on swindondelivery.co.uk, the website is very accessible and easy to navigate. Customer service was great and response time was fast. The case came very quickly, albeit the wrong item. I asked for no substitutes but i received a case of WKD instead. I emailed the customer service and they was not very helpful but the website developer kindly offered to buy us some bottles of VK, he was lovely and super friendly. The prices are on the expensive side but delivery is super quick so it's somewhat worth it.

I used this service tonight for the first time and am very impressed. The driver was very friendly and made sure he got it right by phoning me to arrange an alternative when the product wasn’t available in the shop. I have used a certain other company that offer similar services and with them you have to wait for an hour to even get someone to take on the job and then another 90 minutes from there to receive anything and the alternatives are often not great. This company came within 20 minutes! Yes prices are more expensive than if you popped to the shop, but you’re paying for the service and convenience, which I found to be excellent! Very very happy thank you 🙂
