Horrible Material Returned

When my dress arrived it was faulty. Contacted social media page and they gave me an email to contact you that doesn't work. Very poor service I have been trying to contact you for over a week now

Love the dress I bought, from Hope & Ivy, though too long (I am 5’4) even with heels. Delivery was prompt but disappointing that I had to pay to return it as I needed a bigger size.

Stumbled across this website and so glad I did. Nice to see different pieces than what's on the high street and at decent prices too. Placed my first order at 2pm and had my parcel in my hand by 11am the next day. Was slightly dubious about ordering items that are one size but everything fits & looks great so kept it all. I'm currently size 12-14. Will definitely be ordering again, thank you DD.
