I ordered a coat for my daughter who is a size 10 so I ordered a small. It arrived and was so tiny it wouldn’t have fitted a size even though the model was a size 8/10. I had free delivery as my order was over £75.00 but it then cost £11.00 to send it back. I asked for the return charge to be refunded as it was not as advertised. They have ignored my request and just refunded me for the coat. I had to send it recorded delivery as the post office said it wouldn’t be insured if it was lost. The clothes are lovely and I have ordered again and have ordered before but in this case I believe the company should acknowledge the size discrepancy and refund my return postage as it was tiny. I noticed after delivery that the coat was made in China which are notoriously small sizes

The sequin dress was beautiful, but typically of evening dresses, about 12 inches too long! The price was amazing but reluctantly I had to return it. My refund was processed quickly. This was my first purchase and I was very impressed with quality and efficiency.
