I paid £25 for a dress that you say is Italian made. This dress certainly is not. There is no genuine label on the dress itself. Instead, you have crudely tied a card label into it. The dress material is cheap and nasty, and the workmanship is rough.

The clothes are very nice but the postage costs are very unfair. I was charged £5.50 postage on a very lightweight dress and then had to pay another £3.00 to return it. If a company wants to run an online shop, postage should be part of overheads and cost to customers kept reasonable.
