Communication from Karim was great at all stages of the initial application, as was his proactive attitude. The course was delivered really well. The trainer (Tony Perks), was very engaging (and at times, entertaining!), he really knows agile inside-out and is very thorough. Probably one of the best trainers I've experienced. His supporting material was well presented and easy to follow. I would recommend NILC for anyone who wants to upskill.
