Right from the initial contact with NILC where I was looking for the course that I wanted to do they have been extremely helpful and professional. Karim went above and beyond to make sure that everything was in place to fit my needs and requirements for the training I wanted to attend, he was so very helpful and friendly. The training I took was ECDL Level 2 which I attended virtually via Zoom, I was so happy with how well, such an in depth course was run via Zoom. The tutor that I had was Julie, a great tutor who helped and supported me and it is thanks to Julie that I learned so much and passed the exams. NILC are truly a first class training provider, professional, helpful and friendly with terrific in depth courses complimented with superb tutoring.

Lovely centre with supportive and friendly staff. Each step was explained clearly and fairly, following the examination process & rules. The exam room is light and each exam booth feels private and secure. Kandy, the examiner, in particular was professional and kind - I really felt looked after.
