Completed ECDL level 1&2. Can’t fault these training providers. Received 1-2-1 training in a very thorough and easy to understand way. Training was completed locally to me, which was important factor for me also. Would 100% recommend this Training Company. Excellent throughout.

Totally satisfield with NILC very thorough and professional at all times. I would have preferred to have received feedback with any incorrect answers in Prince2 exams and the rationale behind the answers to ensure my understanding and lessons learnt point of view, however, only given the correct amount and percentage.

from start to finish it was a pleasure, really helped me and within an exceptionally short timescale. Always answered promptly but great joining instructions and reminders. The trainers were proficient and knowledgeable and very clear to understand, given the pace and content of what we were learning.

Facilities: My course was based at Llanyrafon Manor, the facilities were easily accessible and the service was excellent with well mannered staff. Tutelage: My tutor was really friendly and easy to talk to. She helped me a lot with the questions and let me do my own thing so everything was at my own pace which gave me the best learning experience as it was easy to understand.

First class training, highly recommended. I recently completed ECDL levels 1&2. My Trainer Julie was amazing, she was very professional yet taught in a friendly, easy and supportive way. The courses were clearly explained, well-paced with plenty of opportunity to question, revise and do exercises. Julie is a skilled trainer, who aims to bring out the best in her students. She is a great people person and a good Ambassador for NILC. I was also very impressed with Karim and Farooq, who were so accommodating and went to great lengths to fit me in the courses.

I sat 4 exams here in one morning and NILC was fantastic. You let me start earlier in the day than advertised so I could fit it all in, checked in with me throughout the morning, made me feel at easy with examining and answered any questions I had... the whole process was really smooth. Your centre is professional, customer service is excellent and the support given is fantastic. I would highly recommend to anyone.
