I was a little apprehensive to start as worried about the amount we had to cover, but the Trainer Tony was excellent and used lived-experience examples alongside mind mapping visuals. This really helped me understand.

NILC, Karim and the trainer, Tony have all been fantastic from start to finish. Karim was quick to respond to any and all enquiries within hours. He's informative and helpful. Where the Prince2 course is concerned, you'd imagine the course content to be quite dry and wooden, but Tony really brings the course content to life by engaging attendees in conversation, creating breakout rooms and making it fun. The course is very intensive. You receive a lot of information during the course. Don't make any plans for the week you have your course. Do's - Ask any questions you have about the course, take the course seriously, revise, practice, test your knowledge using the mock papers NILC provide you. Dont's - Don't book the exam prematurely, make sure you test your knowledge before you book so you can gauge the likelihood of passing.

Recently completed level 1 and 2 of an ICDL with NILC, my trainer was Julie. I am a complete novice and was quite nervous, I had no need to be Julie was fantastic, so patient. She explained everything very clearly and anything I needed to go over she was more than happy to do (sometimes more than once ! ) Julie is knowledgeable, her manner was so friendly and she offered lots of encouragement and praise. I actually started to look forward to the training days and managed to pass with flying colours. I`m nearing 60 and haven't used a computer regularly for 10 years so its was quite an achievement. Karim answered any questions I had prior to the course and his communications were very prompt. I highly recommend NILC to anyone thinking of undergoing training.

The Agile Project Management course was very useful and has enabled me to understand various aspects of Agile PM in my own time as I selected the self paced course!

I have really enjoyed the experience and Tony's teaching method. I've been made redundant so I really needed to boost my CV and learn Agille so I took Foundation and Practitioner training courses wit NILC Training. I am very happy with the results!! I wil take ABC Scrum Master in October!! It has been a very intense week. I did find the Practitioner exam not so easy but with a bit of effort and Tony's tips, I pass it!! Thank you Tony! Tony was a brilliant facilitator of this course! Even though it was all virtual he made it so engaging and interactive throughout, which I was initially nervous about beforehand. The course content is really heavy (especially for someone with limited project experience) and the manual is a little daunting but Tony's teaching style made it so much more understandable and applicable and incited confidence in us to pass the exams! I would highly recommend NILC for Agile PM Foundation and Practitioner Training and Exams.
