Too slow on delivery

First my product had not even arrived and I was being asked to review. Next I do not like the product and tried to return before my 30 try before you buy ran out. Can’t return unless speaking to a representative. However, I was on hold forever so I joined the call back list. Still waiting for that call. Should not need to speak to anyone to get return information!!!

I never would have believed that I could match my Skintone online when I can't do it in the store, but it's absolutely perfect!!! I love everything about the brush too, from the way it feels to the way it fits in my hand!

Very happy with the product. You’re very kind to send me two products that I did not order. And then I just got charged to charges on my debit card. I have two products that I will never use. And I was informed by one of your customer service reps that I cannot return. I will not purchase from you all again. I was told they were complementary products, but apparently they weren’t because you charged me and now I’m stuck with them. Will not recommend your product.

I find the aerosol to be a bit sting-y (as in it stings my skin) whether sprayed on either end of the brush with the application of the primer and the foundation. The color is meh-(I’m very fair skinned with pink undertones) the Fair/020 is supposed to be cool/neutral but has a yellow undertone that is definitely noticeable on my fair skin. The blush is a very pretty color that blends beautifully. I think this will be my summer foundation, when I have a bit of a “fake tan. It does blend nicely but it’s a little drying so I avoid placing under my eyes where I have a little bit of crepe-ness. I think this would be a great system for someone who’s complexion is just a tad darker than me and onto medium and tanned skintones. I don’t fault them for the color, very difficult to order online and get a match because I am so fair skinned. I took off 2 stars for the stinging sensation. I had my mom try it as well and she mentioned the same thing. (Ps she liked it otherwise but my shade too pale for her 🤦🏼‍♀️).

I haven't used the product yet but the delivery was very slow.
