The rep I spoke with I explained I've never wore makeup and at 61 of course I got the shade wrong, she was so helpful in explaining the differences to me. I simply sent a pic to her and she matched my color I can't wait for the arrival. I wish I could remember her name. In any event I've decided to order lipstick and a few other items in the near further. Thank you Ms.Lady fir your patience and professionalism.

Amazing Product!!

The foundation goes on so nice and smooth! Super light and not cakey! The foundation was a bit darker for my skin color but I was able to get a lighter shade shipped out! Just waiting to receive it!

Scam

Scam! Charged my card even though i didn't go through with the transaction. Now can't get through to the customer service and can't login to anything online. Have to dispute it with my credit card and probably close the card so they don't charge it again!

Was quite disappointed

Was quite disappointed. Got medium coverage and seemed like light coverage. I didn’t feel the primer helped. Did not see a difference with the finishing product. I was hoping to see a difference like on tictoc, but unfortunately it seems as though it is filtered, which is deceiving for the consumer.

Still being charged after numerous cancelation attempts

I've tried several times to cancel the auto renewal and been met with defeat every single time. On July 7th I received yet ANOTHER shipment and called the company. I was told and received in writing via email I would not receive any thing further. Imagine my surprise when I get an email today about an upcoming payment. The guy on the phone was nice enough to waive one upcoming payment but I'm still mad I got charged $100 for something I no longer want or use, and have tried multiple times to rid myself of. Luminess is like the bedbugs of the makeup world. Almost impossible to rid yourself of.

I send an important message to them . So auto reply with a message saying that someone was going to connect soon . I waited 1 hour no live agent ever replied!! 👎
