Received the wrong shade and did not receive any replacement after contacting support

The products arrived on time. However the shade of the foundation was not what I expected.

The makeup coverage is there however the foundation feels sticky and not light weight. Trying to put it on even wasn’t easy for me. I think I would do better with the spray onto brush and apply method vs the one with the airbrush machine

It’s ok I liked it but I thought I was gonna love it!!! It feels little dry but still it’s nice

SCAM!!! I never received the product and I informed them and they claimed they sent another out, but I didn’t receive a thing! This was last year, yet TODAY, over six months later, my account was debited $50!!! I’m highly upset and I absolutely plan to dispute and block future charges!!! SCAAAAAAAMMMMMM!!!!!

This company is a complete SCAM ! DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I called on 05/27/2024 saying I wanted to cancel the order I had just placed not even 10 minutes earlier. He totally lied and said he would give me a 80% discount if I kept it, so I did. But then he assured me that the subscription was canceled. Well today 6/17/24 I received a email from PayPal saying my PayPal account was charged $75.02. So I called to company and they only want to give me a partial refund ! If I wanted to return the product, they send a label, so I also have to pay for return shipping. This is so ridiculous ! I have filed a dispute with PayPal and then my banking institution.

The representative I spoke with was very understanding and helpful, recommended new color combinations, however I did like the feeling of the product.
