I would like to return my order immediately because by talking the first and second one I got severe Diarrhea and felling sleep so bad that I couldn’t wake up easily! I have stopped taking the tablets.I have two small kids which I must with full consciousness take care of them!!! The Tablet are awful. Unfortunately I need to return it. Please tell me , which address should I send it to? I send an email to costumer service and they answered that it is not possible!!! But why? They did not answer any more!!!

Seit vielen Jahren bin ich Kunde und ich hatte kein einziges Mal einen Grund weniger als fünf Sterne zu vergeben. Höflich, kulant und hilfsbereit – das Team von sanix24 macht die technischen Optimierungsmöglichkeiten zum Nebenschauplatz. Es soll aber nicht unerwähnt bleiben, dass das Interface nicht mehr auf dem Stand von 2023 ist. Für mich war und ist das allerdings kein Problem.

Mir wurde tatsächlich schnell und zuverlässig geholfen. Hätte nicht gedacht das es funktioniert aber ich hab mich sogar relativ git aufgehoben gefühlt.
