Excellent and professional approach throughout the process.

Uwais assisted me with finding a new supplier but failed to mention that the commission charged is included in the agreed unit rate! If my consumption of electric is more than estimated then he gets more commission!! At no point did Uwais mention this to me prior to agreeing the contract. When i asked Uwais why i was not advised of this he said it was included in the contract! I believe you should be advising your customers of this yourself and not just read the small prints!
