Remembering 5☆ service means the most.

Though I very much remember needing assistance & contacting support, I honestly can not for the life of me remember what it was that I needed help with. Unfortunately my memory is that short at times. BUT, I DO remember needing help & being extremely satisfied with the help I received. How instantaneous the response was that I received, how knowledgeable the CSR was regarding my issue, & how he was able to help me understand what had happened & what I needed to do to correct my problem. Despite not being able to remember exactly what my problem was (guess it wasn't that important after all, right lol), I will not forget the level of service, & how happy & satisfied I am with the help & service I do remember receiving.

DISAPPOINTING RESPONSE

My questions were never answered. It’s been so long now I kinda forgot what I sent. I wish they were.

I am having trouble seeing questions…

I am having trouble seeing questions from “The Top Trending Quizzes.” I contacted George who immediately asked me more questions to help narrow down the problem. He and his team are in the process of trying to figure out what is wrong. I appreciate his contact with me, even late at night when I usually get on my i-Pad to read my E-mails. Hopefully, it will be resolved soon so I can continue to enjoy Trivia Pop and recommend it to my friends. I am curious as to if any other fans are having trouble? Thanks to George and his team!

SPAM/PHISHING COMPANY WHO ASKS FOR YOUR DRIVER’S LICENSE IF YOU WANT TO STOP RECEIVING EMAILS

[1/5/22, REPLY TO TRIVIAPOP’S REPLY: A “legitimate site”? I’ve never visited your website, much less heard of it. You undoubtedly got my email address as part of a 3rd party marketing scheme. From a site which I probably visited a couple of times many years ago. And you expect me to furnish my physical address and license #, which virtually no companies ask for when requesting opt outs? Not to mention the fact that the vast majority of LEGITIMATE companies don’t even require you to be a California resident. I know as I’ve requested opt outs from many dozens of companies, both large and small, as I’m sick of being deluged with spam emails such as from your company and having my personal data endlessly bartered. The fact that you went through all this trouble of requesting my review be deleted here and replying rather than simply honoring my simple opt out request demonstrates that this is probably the principal way you make money and you are NOT a legitimate site] This is part of a spam/phishing chain. Have never heard of this site or it’s affiliates much less visited them yet am indudated everyday with spam emails from them. All from slightly different email addresses. When I contacted them politely asking to delete my data and opt out of all marketing preferences, they asked for a copy of driver’s license or government issued ID. So a site I’ve never heard of and who has spammed me wants my ID? How stupid do you think I am. And from having requested opt outs from dozens of companies - big and small, as I’m sick of spam or having my private data monetized - I can say that asking for a gov. issued ID as proof of CA residence NEVEE happens. Very sketchy company, and would caution anyone from just visiting their site, much less giving any info even your email address to them.
