Purchased a dog grooming shirt, only for the pockets and zip to be printed on and not actually functional zip or pocket. Very disappointed, will not be ordering again

Got exactly what I ordered and it was a good quality the print was excellent very well maid

Product did not arrive in the time frame that it said it would and as a result I was not able to use it for the occasion I was purchasing for. Would not cancel or refund the order when I reached out.

I really like my hoodie that I purchased and the detail was great,I really like details(pictures) on it. Only thing about it when I was scrolling thru the site on Facebook I was sure the price I seen was what I was paying but when I received it my bill was much higher. The other thing like I mentioned earlier was I thought the material was fleece which is what I thought it looked like in the picture, fleece is much warmer in winter time. But I like it and would recommend the site to my buddies, also is it possible if you can maybe embroider names, numbers, etc on the arms, like for example my no.# 5 on my right arm and my rank (firefighter) on my left arm and maybe my dept. name on the front in the Maltese cross in the picture. Just some questions to ask, thanks again
