It was a great experience from start to finish. From the initial quote to the installation was a very professional experience. The fitters were working in the most awful weather and were quick,clean and friendly. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Kris came out initially to give us a really competitive quote for replacing two front bay windows and cladding in between and after accepting the quote he came back and did a survey and gave a start date. K & M Installs fitted my windows earlier in the year and I was so impressed with their work, how reliable and fantastic they were to deal with, which is why I decided to use them to fit my front door and porch. They did another amazing job and I absolutely love it. They were so very helpful and reassuring with helping me choose. Also they were cheaper than 3 other quotes I got. I would only recommend this company for any windows, doors etc.

Kris and his team have been simply brilliant. During my first visit, Kris showed me a few options as I wasn't sure what I was looking for, and pointed out different options for different budgets. He also showed me a couple of websites where I could superimpose the image of a new door onto a photo of my own house so I could see what it would look like. After deciding to go ahead, Kris and the team kept me informed throughout and even managed to bring my installation date forward a little. The installation process was flawless - the staff were polite and tidy. Everywhere was cleaned before they left. I would definitely use KM Installs again. Highly recommend.
