There was no ZERO option, so I gave it one star. It is worth NO stars. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They are frauds. The wig is NOT the same wig as in the photo. And it is NOT human hair. I wasted over £150 on a piece of crap that I threw in the garbage. Don’t bother mailing it back. The company is in CHINA, and they require you to use tracking in order to get a refund. So, not only are you paying for International Shipping to China, you are paying for tracking! This cost will be as much as the wig itself! I filed a report with PayPal, and I settled for a small refund. This is after repeated emails from the company pleading with me to dye it, to have a hairstylist style it, to cut it, etc—THEY REFUSED TO BELIEVE I DID NOT WANT THE RATTY WIG! ALL I WANTED WAS A REFUND! They insisted it was HUMAN HAIR, when in reality, it was SYNTHETIC RUBBISH. I couldn’t even dye it, which proves it is synthetic. KEEP EMAILING THIS COMPANY AND MAYBE WE CAN START A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT. They are FRAUDS!

I ordered a full lace wig from this company. What I received was not even the wig I ordered. It didnt have lace, combs, & it had a permanent part in the middle. Kept offering me a percentage off to keep it or I had to pay shipping to return. This company is a scam!

Scam and fraudulent company. They are Chinese using English names speaking broken English. Still waiting for a refund nearly after 3 months of waiting. PayPal are the middleman so maybe I will be successful.

AVOID AVOID AVOID THIS COMPANY. 1 star is too much for this disgusting company. I bought a wig recently took age to come and it was nothing like the website photo. It was supposed to be human hair, blonde and a bob style, what came was hair that was falling out and very thin, burnt blonde where they had over bleached it to make it blonde and the style was hilarious, it wasn't a style it just looked like a mop. I have been trying to get a refund for the past month and all I get is Becky telling me to try it on I might change my mind as if. To pay them more money and they will make me the wig that I had ordered, is that some sort of joke. I had ordered the wig already so they would have sent me the same one again. Complete jokers. I am now £112 WORSE OFF and I shouldn't be. Please Please Please do not buy from this company.
