Michelle has changed everything for…

Michelle has changed everything for me!! I was not in a good place, with negative thoughts and behaviours affect all parts of my life, but with her patience and kindness, I am a completely different person, I’m happy!! You do need to put the work in, but if you do everything can and will change for the better! I cannot thank her or recommend her enough!! X

Present Mind - a very big Thankyou

Present Mind continues to deliver a highly professional service for Mindfulness in a very friendly relaxed way - Caroline is very approachable and immediately puts me at ease. I did an 8 week Mindfulness course with them 3 years ago and have been so impressed with the continuous ongoing support from Caroline and Emma ever since then with Mindfulness meetings, Mindfulness Day, Whattapp group and Present mind App with numerous sessions on and now the online sessions via Zoom. The free Monday mindfulness sessions are fantastic I really look forward to them. Thankyou so much to all of you It has been so helpful to have encouragement and support to help me stay positive and continue my mindfulness journey. I thoroughly recommend Present Mind

8 Week Mindfulness Course

I have attended one of the 8 week mindfulness courses and really enjoyed it. I have been able to put in to practice the skills I have learnt. I also follow their social media accounts and receive the monthly newsletters which is the little poke I need now and then to remind me to breathe and be mindful. I have shared some of what I have learnt in my team meetings and with friends.
