Hypocritical claims

I was charged 120 EUR by MyStudentFinance when they decided to terminate the agreement, which I did not expect. While the termination fees were mentioned in the contract, they were not highlighted clearly during our phone discussions. This resulted in me missing critical information and paying more than anticipated. They emphasized that "you don't pay anything unless you get student finance," which I find hypocritical. The fee structure, particularly the termination fees, should have been communicated more transparently. Clients should be clearly informed about all potential charges upfront to avoid unpleasant surprises. Overall, the lack of transparency regarding fees left me disappointed. I would not recommend this service to those who are financially vulnerable, as you do end up paying regardless of whether you receive student finance.
