I'm amazed how good this purifier is! I didn't expect it to be as good as it is! So surprised! Absolute quality! It's like having outdoor air, inside!

Perfect service!

Perfect service! I ordered a Duux Threesixty Ceramic Heater, the confirmation said it would be delivered the next day and it was. I'm super happy with the heater.

Possibly the worst customer service…

Possibly the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I ordered a "Duux 360 fan heater" from them eleven days ago and they have, eventually, sent it to a depot, apparently, for delivery to a "Collection Point", not far from my address. I ordered this heater to be delivered to my home address, not a few miles away, at a "collection point". I have mobility issues and no transport to get there, but, when I explained this to a very rude "manager" in customer services, she suggested I ask one of my neighbours to give me a lift there to pick it up!!!!!! If I pay almost £100 for a product and delivery to my home address, I don't expect to be told to get someone else to drive me to pick it up elsewhere. I am aware that there is a post office strike ongoing and the delivery company, DPD, may be very busy, but eleven days wait then to be told I have to make other arrangements to collect it myself, just isn't good enough. The customer services Manager I spoke to was very rude, kept repeating herself and ended up raising her voice quite a lot to, basically, just tell me that, if i wasn't happy with it, to send it back. I certainly won't be using this company again.

ukairpurifiers.com/ had received a faulty fan, which a week later is yet to be resolved. Note the support desk has no phone number and will only respond via email as and when they feel like it. the company takes no responsibility / ownership of any faults, and will go back to the manufacturer to find a resolution, in the interim I am stuck with a faulty item, and when asking for a refund, they said it would at a cost to me to return the item. I know my legal rights, however talk about a flaky outfit with no respect for the end customer.
