We booked our Thailand trip for 5N/6D from Viraj (Our trip advisor) and he made sure to make this memorable and hassle free. The hotel, Cab and all the staffs were very polite and helpful. We left our laptop bag at the phuket hotel and we realised it once we reached the phuket airport but the hotel and Cab staffs were so helpful and they tried their best to deliver it to us at the airport before we take off and luckily they were successful. Otherwise we had to drop the flight and book another one. This was our 5th trip with Customize my trip (I book for my parents too) and hope to book many more soon. Excellent Trip!!! We had a group of 500 pax for dubai. It was very fun, and it was very interesting to go out of the city and go into the Nature. The driver was talking about very interesting stuff, like that building and so on, the driver knows very much about the city and nature too. If you ask the driver about something he will always know an answer which we find very good. Very good driver and is respectable and asks if everything is ok. The drive to the desert was very fine and wasn't boring or anything, it was nice to see the Nature and not just the city center and just buildings. When we get to the end of the safari and to that shelter u are immediately being invited in a tent for Tea/Coffee. There u can ride a camel's and go Sandboarding (Snowboarding). All together it was the best experience we had so far in Abu Dhabi ever! Thank you Customise MyTrip Team and Mr. Viraj Singh!
