Mary took such care with me from the very beginning. I'm recently divorced. The wedding set meant a lot to me; sentimentality still very present. However, I knew it was time to move on and I wanted to get a really good deal. By browsing the site I learned what S1 meant. It meant the ring wasn't that valuable to start with. I decided to go ahead and let DH handle the sell. When I sent it to Mary for evaluation she got back with me, in a timely manner, to let me know my diamond was fractured filled and DH would not be able to sell it. Well I was heart broken.
