Terrible CS and terrible business practice

Was shipped the wrong product. No packaging was used to secure the lids on the bottles. Was not sent an invoice. Customer service was not helpful, requesting details from me that required me to take lots of photos or were details I wasn’t provided (because I didn’t receive an invoice). The incorrect product they sent didn’t feel full; it was an aerosol can so perhaps because the lid was secure it was pressed and depleted during shipping or they shipped a used item. I will never purchase from this shop again. They made the mistakes but yet the customer support responded like I was the problem.

Worst place to order from

Worst place to order from! They take forever and customer service is v abrupt and rather unfriendly. I have ordered on Sat quite few products, not even on sale ones, and today is Tue but my order has not been even dispatched. I phoned them and they use the “up to 7 working days” mantra so there’s no need to send me email soon or to leave the warehouse. I don’t know why I didn’t read the reviews before ordering! It’s my mistake but I hope others will read before ordering Anyone here had any good experience at their salons? I’m also in need of a new hairdresser. Would appreciate an advice on this

The contact email for customer services is invalid and bounces back. I am still waiting for 2 bottles of shampoo.

Never received my order

Never received the item. They claim Royal Mail said it was delivered and they’re not prepared to chase it, so £30 lost. Please don’t buy from them.

ordered 8 days ago and its still not even shipped. They stopped responding to my emails and ill contact the bank that this is a fraud Extremely disappointed

Free gift that can't be used. Pointless.

Placed an order which arrived with a free gift, a room diffuser. Sounds good? No, the top for the diffuser was missing after emailing back and forth they eventually agreed that the bottle cover was missing. Can't send a replacement as they are now out of stock. Sending gifts that you can't use isn't acceptable.

Absolutely awful - DO NOT USE!!

Absolutely awful. Do not use!!! Placed an order on 18/11. Order chased and they claimed it was late to despatch due to Royal Mail. Not sure how it’s RM’s fault they are slow to despatch?!?! Then claimed it was due to Black Friday… even though I ordered well before BF. Finally ‘claimed’ they’ve despatched the order 28/11 (10 days later!!!!!) but seems like utter lies. No update at all from them or Royal Mail since then. They are again claiming it’s Royal Mails fault but I don’t believe they’ve even sent it as Royal Mail website says ‘waiting for item to be despatched from sender’. I echo the below review, their customer service is awful. They didn’t even ask for my details just went off in to a text book made up excuse. I don’t see how they can operate when they are illegally taking your money and not sending the goods?! Formally raising a complaint and raising a fraud case with my bank. Utterly appalling!!!!

Worst customer service will never shop…

Worst customer service will never shop here again. They have delayed my order it has been 9 working days and should be delivered max 7 working days. No update on the tracking since 4 days. I requested a refund and was told by becky i cant have one and said it wasnt against the law to not deliver within agreed timescales. Becky has the most disgusting attitude towards customer service extremely rude. I could hear lots of noise though the phone like she was doing something with her headset or phone reciever while i was talking. I have made a formal complaint will see how far i will have to take this to get my money back.
