Ricky came promptly to carry out a survey of the works that included fit out of the guest toilet and a new bathroom. After discussion, a quote was given and we agreed on a plan. We were very pleased with the finished work that he did to high standards. The work comprised of new jet bath/shower, toilets and basin units. He modified pipe works to suit the design we were after. He was flexible in his approach and has good knowledge of the trade. He was a pleasure to work with and has charming personality. We would highly recommend his workmanship and will hire him for another project.

Contacted Steven a couple of times recently for plumbing emergency jobs. Really responsive, reliable and helpful. Sorted both issues first time, explained what the problems were, did a great job, checked everything was fine before finishing, cleaned up, afterwards and very reasonably priced. This is the eighth year we've had Andersons for the boiler service and they always do a great job. Ricky fitted a water heater under my kitchen sink. Hot water took a very long time to reach the kitchen from the tank. It was an innovative solution. A really awkward job as it is in the corner of the cupboard. He did it beautifully. It’s a really neat job. Ricky made sure I was happy with the water temperature. He is always helpful and I thoroughly recommend him.
