This session has been put in a rush with unfriendly service unlike the first session, left with total disappointment ,hope will have a another good and friendly session with Monica

Richard was fantastic- explained the procedure Carefully and was so empathetic when treating the sensitive area.

Good service, clean premises, polite professional clinicians, not cheap but supposedly permanent - yet to be seen. Mild pain.

Excellent customer service, all the staff are really friendly and so welcoming. Thank you so much for helping my nightmare (facial hair) remove! Especially an extra thanks for Louise who treated me for 1.5 years every week to remove all my facial hair and hear my complaints about my struggles. Haha
