Perfect service.

I received the product and traps equipment on schedule and in good order. So far the only disappointment is that the rodents dont seem to be too tempted with the bait blocks

Fast delivery, great product

The traps arrived quickly and were very effectively, quickly trapping two mice. I had previously tried two other brands and in both cases the glue was not very strong and were were traces where the mice had been on the traps but had escaped, leaving a little fur behind. No such issues here. Living in a big old house we get mice from time to time, and glue traps are far and away the most effective in my experience (I have tried everything from basic to fancy electronic ones). I would happily recommend this product.

The only thing that ever worked and then quickly drown in bucket of water so as not to cause unnecessary suffering...

Great product

One of the worst customer services i have come around in a while, ordered glue hoping to get it next day but it has been more than a week spoke to two different staff members, they seem to dnt know what to do.. They keep on saying they are investigating like its a million pound,£ 20 does not need investigation need apology and refund or send the product out. I dont think they have it in stock, the are maybe trying to fill back orders but honesty would have been good will not return again.

After having many disturbed nights sleep hearing scrabbling in roof space and trying different types of traps to no avail bought rat glue traps. First night traps were placed and BOOM. Rat caught. Fantastic.

Postage was good. received within couple of days after order. And touch wood problem now sorted.
