Awful!!!

Awful.. Total SCAM SPRIGFIELD Parkside, the worst experience ever with heating Company “with energy” my heating and hot water is off for about 2 week but my account show minus after I cleared the balance!!! They assuming the bill is right but I am working full time, spending just night at home, so maximum I take a 5 min shower, my heating is turned off, my monthly bill is around £300 which is horrible. The system with website is a mess, nothing clear, usage is not shown, only you can se is the balance which increasing a lot daily…..

Avoid or move, worst company…

Honestly the worst energy company I have ever had to use. I say had to use as I couldn’t move as they provided a joint system for a whole building. There user interface is absolutely horrendous struggle to pay bills on it. Struggle to find bills on it. Numbers don’t match on it feels like a big scam going on there. There was an issue at one point in the building where they couldn’t read meters or charge. They didn’t tell anyone - carried on taking the standard charge then on the 28th December sent me £300 bill out of the blue. Customer service is extremely poor if not non-existent maybe wait 3 weeks for someone to get back to you. Absolutely awful will be surprised if this hasn’t disappeared in the next 5 years.
