Info in my order was incorrect and initially given wrong order #. Had trouble contacting order manager. Difficulty with instructions and help with worksheet and uploading. Trouble with receiving documents from manager. Called office to speak to supervisor at Houston office they never called me back.

This company is amazing! After realizing I did not have 6 months left on my passport to enter Thailand, I realized I needed to get my passport updated asap as I was leaving for vacation in less then 14 days. I had two options drive the 4 hours to the closest passport center and deal with it myself or hire a company. After hours of research I found this company through a redit post and made an inquiry. They promptly called me, explained the process and I paid. I trusted the process and followed their step and dropped in fed ex with a prayer.
