listen, if you are panicked and need your passport really darn quick, only use Travel Visa Pro. all the other "expedited" services are weeks. i had an emergency trip to Japan in ONE week, and Helen and her team made it their "project" to make sure i made it. i am writing from Japan right now. The experience was one on one with the different people working in this company. This helps since you are communicating with an individual that cares and responds to concerns. The management of the visa process was for the most part effective, timely and although few mistakes were made by the team manager, they were promptly corrected submitted and the visas arrived within stated timeframe. It is crucial to have your visa application and submittal as accurate so the end result is positive.
