Your turn-around time was excellent! However, getting there was very painful, because I was sent conflicting, inaccurate, and incomplete information.

Requirements were well communicated and speed was efficient; however, I was not told either time (for China visa or Korea visa) when my documents were actually submitted. I specifically requested to be told the return receipt date for the China visa, but again, was not informed. So great service overall but communication could be improved.

The experience is acceptable because I was given my visa before my date of departure - but it was cutting it really close - received 36 hours prior to departure. It was a bit nerve racking! To be totally transparent, the initial call to Travel Visa Pro should have notified me that it will take 2 weeks - 10 business days - to complete the application; application fees for the services rendered by Travel Visa Pro was almost twice the increase on top of the amount for the VISA itself. That expense was not disclosed at the time of my initial call and inquiry - I thought that was deceptive. Otherwise, the agents were all very patient, courteous and friendly.

Rushing Passports isn't fun. They got me the informaiton and literally called me every 2 hours until I submitted the documentation. They cared about getting my passport turned around quickly.

Even though there was frustration on my part with the different requirements necessary to complete my Visa to China, they stayed with me and was patient with me until it was completed. Once the paperwork was completed and sent out the passport and visa was returned in 2 weeks! Awesome job!!
