Totally disappointed. signed up for 7 day trial, I could not access for the first 2 days- reached out by phone ASAP- and email, office was closed due to holiday. Slow to no response by email. Sent several email to cancel and when I finally contacted someone my trial was over and was charged ... Can I get a refund ?!

I loved your use of slides to get your points across, and your bulleted list matched your slides perfectly! I am just having a bit of trouble wrapping my head around the concept of 'hooking the reader' as it won't come easily to me without the proper guidance, but I am sure that my bright ideas will pave the way for a stunning hook.

Ms. Finetti was very helpful. She explained the strategies well and was open to each student who asked her one-on-one questions. She provided advise that pertained to each students' question and was very friendly. I learned alot about how to better my chances of winning scholarships and felt releived I wasn't the only one struggling.
