Bro they were so fast and solved my problem

I had an issue finding my account on scholarship owl but after emailing their customer support it was all cleared up in a couple of days. Jane did an absolutely amazing and quick job of resolving my issue. She is definitely an asset to your company!

I tried this service, and I liked it, but the only way you could access any of the scholarships is if you did a free trial. I did that and I tried to cancel it the first day I had it, but it wouldn't let me. I tried again 2 days later and it wouldn't let me. After the 7 days were over, I went onto the website to try and cancel again, but my card had already been charged. I emailed them to dispute it, but they said the best they could do was change the subscription from a 45$ quarterly to 20$ a month! What the heck! You should not have to pay for scholarships no matter what. This service is just a money machine trying to get anything out of you. Do not use ScholarshipOwl unless you are okay with them taking all of your money! Edit: They contacted me 5 minutes after I posted my review offering me a full refund. I am still upset with the refund policy, and still don't plan on using the service again, but at least they read and care about their reviews.

The ScholarshipOwl team has always been very helpful, and their site is incredible. While I do wish there was a few more filters to sort through scholarships (like ones for specific career fields, full time/part time student, etc) I think they do an incredible job of disseminating opportunities to students and saving a lot of time by submitting scholarships for us so we can work harder on the essays and class. I never thought I’d earn a scholarship and it was very stressful trying to figure out how to pay for college, but with ScholarshipOwl I have been awarded with 3 scholarships and I continue to apply for more.
