Good customer service

After going through three other agents at the beginning of the week that was rude and short with me. Gerry was the first agent that I encountered with Frontier that didn't come across with an attitude. He was patient and took time to make sure my flight request was made before hanging up. He also asked if I needed any further help. He was very pleasant. I appreciate his kindness and willingness to be helpful.
