Great fast communication on initial contact, easy to book required job, install was not the usual job and done really well with nice clean area on completion, great customer service and very helpful with my thousand questions. Excellent service to restore our hot water. Lewis came round the same day, and identified the problem within a couple of minutes. After collecting and fitting a replacement valve part, we were sorted within 20 minutes. He even gave us a workaround to get hot water if we ever had the same problem again. Boiler stopped working after bleeding one of the radiators meaning we were left with no hot water or heating. Phoned Gas fix and they were able to send someone out within 24hours. Ryan turned up as promised, first thing the next day and sorted the issue with us in less than an hour also explained the issue and what had caused it etc. Punctuate, reliable and reasonably priced.

I’m very happy with the service received from GasFix. I called them this morning (Monday) and tonight my boiler is fixed with a new fan. Ryan was easy to have around.
