Recently, we both bought and sold houses through Richard James. Having originally listed pre-pandemic, we decided to move in late Summer 2020. Natalie took the listing and had a number of potential purchasers booked within a week. She was always Covid safe and we received and asking price offer after the first weekend. By talking with the rest of her team, she knew exactly what we were looking for and immediately let us know when properties came up. One was under Richard and turned out to be exactly what we were looking for. No purchase is without hiccups and Richard was amazing throughout, keeping the stress away from both sides and always thinking of ways to bring things to a conclusion. What makes the difference is that everyone who works there are lovely people and professional. Neither Richard nor Natalie made us feel like we were bugging them, no matter what time of the day we would speak. We don’t want to move again, but if we did it would be through Richard James.
