Received an offer for 20% off all joggers but when I went to redeemed on the site it would not accept the code provided. Contacted customer services for help but never got any response.

Fast delivery but returns aren't that easy unless you have a printer. I think there's a £2.50 charge for the "free" returns if you use the no-printer option because there's no option to take it to a post office and have them scan a QR code to print the label there, only arrange a collection.
