I urgently needed a replacement pump to replace a failing item on our spring water domestic system. Collister & Glover had exactly what I needed and at a very appealing discounted price. I ordered the item mid-day on a Friday and was surprised and delighted when the delivery driver handed it over to me the next morning, on a Saturday! I installed the pump which is perfect. First class communications too. I could not have even dreamt of a better service.

We placed two separate orders for steel tube to be delivered up to northern Scotland. In both instances the order was despatched the same day and was with us within three days. We are very impressed with the service and with the quality of the product and will be returning to Colglo in the future. It cannot be overstated that a company that can operate to such a high standard during this Covid-19 time is extraordinary and a credit to UK businesses.

Wanted to purchase pump to drain well during lockdown. Thought it was a faint hope in the prevailing conditions. Not so ! Sales Director working from home advised, sourced and had despatched within 24 hours and delivery was next working day. What a Company, who says we can't get back to being a " Can Do " country ? Item reported to be in stock. Despatch notes on website say delivery 2-3 business days. Hadnt left their warehouse until 5 business days after the order. Waiting for it now to arrive. Has cost me two days delay in getting project finished. Dont rely on them if youre on a timeline.
