Excellent product. Garage door seals onto it nicely. Whilst heavy duty in feel it’s easy to cut which is important given you want to trim it neatly into the frame profile in order to seal it up. 1 tube of sealant supplied for the 2.5m length I ordered which was only just enough given my concrete floor wasn’t very smooth. That’s said you can pick up something similar at any trade supplier if you need it.

An excellent product. Used one design for my garage which eliminated any water penetration. So good, I suggested to a friend to eliminate a similar problem, which she took up.
