I placed my order on line and it was quick and easy to do and my item arrived safely in a couple of days

needed to contact the company ,easy to do, helpful advice, delivery nextday magic.

Bought 2 products, bottom door seals and top door seals for my double garage, both now installed. Products did exactly as described in the sales pitch, can’t fault them. Mistakenly ordered 2 top seals to many ( a checkout error), returned and refunded without any issues, however it did cost £30 to return.

I think you should tell before the order that we have to pay a big amount of taxe for the delivery. It's not correct to add them later and you have no choice to pay them!!!!!!!
