Very helpful on the telephone after I inadvertently ordered the incorrect size seal. No issue, this was altered immediately and the product arrived the next day. Great service

We followed the instructions to the letter but have ended up with a few areas that leak. The area we sealed is rough and not too even but we believed that we had laid enough adhesive to avoid any problem. It might need an application of screed before we attempt to re-lay the seal. I feel that it has the potential to be a good product if the initial instructions were clearer.

Excellent product, I had four large sectional doors and a puddle beside each one with the slightest bit of rain. I fitted 15mm seals at the bottom of each door, problem solved. Easy to fit, just follow the instructions. Many thanks.
